These International Terms and Conditions supplement Cricket's Wireless Terms and Conditions of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. By using any Cricket International Wireless service you agree to be bound by these International Terms and Conditions. Cricket reserves the right to change or modify these International Terms and Conditions at any time, with such changes or modifications effective when posted to this website. Use of any Cricket International Wireless service after any such change or modification constitutes your acceptance of the change or modification to these International Terms and Conditions. Check your rate plan details to determine which specific International Services are included with your plan.

We will presume certain usage, dialing, or calling patterns indicate prohibited activities and that you are not using Cricket's International Services for your personal use. If in our sole discretion we reasonably believe that you are using Cricket's International Services in a prohibited manner, then we may without advance notice: terminate individual calls; suspend, cancel or terminate your account; and/or decline to renew your wireless service.   • Specific international calling countries, destinations, technologies, roaming, and carriers are subject to change without notice.
 
Unlimited Calling from the US to landlines and mobile phones in Mexico and Canada. Excludes international long distance service to Northern Territories of Canada (867 area code or Yukon, Northwest Territory, and Nunavut).
 
Cricket International Service requires that you reside in the US and  primary usage must occur in the United States. Your device must register first on Cricket Wireless' network in the United States before roaming. 
  • Mexico and Canada Roaming will not allow you to place/receive calls or send/receive messages to all destinations, and the destinations which are available may change without notice. 
  • Mexico and Canada Roaming coverage and service is not available everywhere. 
  • Data Access service and speeds, while roaming in Mexico and Canada, are subject to the capabilities of the local service provider(s), your device and location. If you use roaming data services on wireless carrier networks other than AT&T Mexico, your data usage may be reduced to 2G speeds.

You may consult the Cricket International support page or call 611 or 1-800-274-2538 for a list of currently available roaming carriers within Mexico and Canada. All carriers within Mexico may not be available and we may change roaming carriers without notice to you. Roaming coverage and services, and performance of these services are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
  • Unlimited International SMS Texting included on eligible Rate Plans -Active eligible rate plans - $55 unlimited rate plan, $60 unlimited rate plan and Multi-month (3 months and 12 months) rate plans.

    • Unlimited International Texting includes unlimited international text messages (SMS only) sent from the US to mobile phones in the 200+ Cricket International countries and territories
